Hi, I am Indrajit ( ইন্দ্রজিৎ ) ! I originate from the city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
I'm a life-long learner & I like to take a closer look (🧐) at things which pique my curiosity.
I did my undergraduate studies in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E.) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. During my undergrad days I was interested in VLSI design specifically in neuromorphic computing. As I was pursuing my research work on this topic, I became extremely fascinated by Deep Learning Algorithms & how these sophisticated algorithms were being implemented on neuromorphic circuits.
Eventually, that is how I was introduced to the world of Machine Learning algorithms & AI. 😊
Since then I've strived to strenghten my skills in Data Science, Machine Learning & use them to bring about a positive impact.
Besides brainstorming about DS problems, I like to travel and explore new places, play football & build gunpla.

Began my first job out of university as a Machine Learning Engineer for the Business Intelligence Unit of Axis Bank.
I've been involved in building Credit-Risk evaluation models, creating feature engineering pipelines & deploying ML models for executing real-time model inference.
Finished Undergrad Degree at BIT, Mesra
Completed my undergraduate coursework at BIT, Mesra & successfully graduated.
Published my first research paper in IEEE!
Successfully published my first research work in an IEEE Transactions journal.
Discovered DS / ML for the first time!
Came across Data Science & Machine Learning for the first time.
Built a simple regressor model for tuning circuital parameters to aid circuit simulations & boost performance.
Joined 'Nanoelectronics Research Group'
Began my research work as an Undergraduate Researcher under the guidance of Dr. Aminul Islam in his research group .
